What you read here is general information about our services. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice for your situation. Please do not act on it without talking to us or another adviser about your own facts.
No engagement until a signed letter
Visiting this site, sending the form, or receiving the free review does not make you a client. We work for a client only under a signed engagement letter, which sets out the services, the fee and the terms. Where this site and a signed letter differ, the letter governs.
The day 8 guarantee
The guarantee described on this site is defined in term 4 of our monthly engagement letter. In short: if a month's package is not delivered by the 8th business day for a reason on our side, 10 percent comes off that month's monthly fee, as a credit on the next invoice. It depends on statements being available by the end of business day 2 and questions being answered within 2 business days.
What our work is and is not
Our services are bookkeeping, management reporting and business tax returns. We do not audit, review or compile financial statements, and our reports provide no assurance. Statements with an accountant's report for a lender are a separate engagement with their own letter.
Examples on this site
The sample reports and figures on this site come from invented example companies built from invented ledgers. They show the shape of our work, not a promise about your results.
Prices
Prices on this site are current as of their posting and may change. The fee in your signed letter is the fee you pay. A change comes at most once a year, with thirty days' notice, as your letter sets out.
Photos and trademarks
Photos on this site show people and places for illustration; they are not our clients. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Xero, Sage and NetSuite are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss from using it. Florida law governs these terms, with venue in Sarasota County.
